Be Better Under Pressure
Learn how elite performers train their brain and body to dissolve stress and get in the zone.
Meet Riley
"The greatest pressure we face in life is living true to ourself. In a world full of noise, distractions and opinions, do you have the ability to stay true to your path, your wisdom and your own unique greatness.”
After completing a 25 year career in hockey, struggling with inconsistency and pre-performance nerves, Riley Sonnenburg wanted to know how he could train his brain, heart and nervous system to be more focused, relaxed and resilient under pressure. This ultimately led him to complete his Master's degree in performance physiology where he was first introduced to the world of high-performance breathing and meditation.
During this time, the work that inspired him most was that of Evgeny Vaschillo, a researcher who worked with Russian astronauts and fighter jet pilots to develop a breathing method that would help them better mentally and physically perform under the stress of their extreme environmental conditions. After training this method himself, and then combining it with various high-performance meditation tactics, Riley knew he had something powerful that he needed to get into the hands of more high-performers.
Using biofeedback software to constantly test and refine his training method, Riley continues to teach high-performers how to see through the noise of life and show-up more focused, relaxed and resilient when it matters most.
